Technical Difficulties

Overview:
As I embark on this new blogging endeavor, I find myself encountering a few hiccups along the way. First and foremost, I haven’t worked with any form of web design since I learned a minimal amount of Flash and JavaScript as an elective in high school.
This means that there are still some functionalities on the website that I’m working on. The two main action items are setting up a mailing list for those who would like to follow along on this journey and enabling the ability to post comments on individual blog posts. Regarding the mailing list, please use the form at the bottom of the site to sign up for updates if you’re interested. Once I have that feature properly enabled, you’ll receive notifications of blog updates directly in your inbox.
Now that the backend work is (mostly) done, I’m confident that I will take care of these two action items soon. In the meantime, the best alternative I can offer is through my blog’s social media channels. I will post updates on new posts there and, of course, you can leave comments there as well.
Time:
The only other technical difficulties I face are related to time and life constraints. Between work, personal relationships, fatherhood, school, and the endeavor to improve my physical health, which I’ve neglected lately, time is in short supply. Therefore, the frequency and length of new posts are yet to be determined.
At the very least, I hope to provide recaps of important moments as I progress through the course at Vital, as well as share my important personal life experiences.
In the end:
All of this is simply a way for me to express my gratitude to anyone who wishes to follow along and witness the journey I’m about to undertake. It will be an evolving project, and I’m thankful to have finally unveiled it to anyone who stumbles upon it and finds value in its content.
Thank You.
